Churches becoming personal business
« on: September 11, 2012, 05:21:51 PM »

Am worry as to where we shall be when Jesus comes back. Most people have taken advantage of God to make money and becoming rich. why?

I am annoyed of them, they are exploiting innocent ugandans who know little of everything. They drive expensive cars, have nice houses when their followers are dying of poverty. This is too bad

Some pastors have the habit of asking a lot of money from their followers .they demand from people to go for fancy trips when other poor people are sleeping hungry.

It is in a way a personal business because when one decides to leave all forms of employment and goes to preach the word of God, he or she expects payment from the people he or she preaches to and this is not wrong. however, i am against their selfishness. i am yet to see a prominent pastor stopping to let in an ordinary man or woman for a lift or instead feed the people who go to pray if they are hungry. i want them to do as Jesus did, emulate His example because He starved to feed others. They should do the same.

I am sure that if you were also in that pastors shoes, you would also have stolen your followers money. Dont deny it

Not at all, i would have done what the good lord sent me to do. I cannot cheat followers and moreso God's people. Those people should stop it.
