Which reasons has the Pope given for Resigning?

The Pope's resignation has come with a lot of shock to the world ...my question is ...Which reasons has the Pope given for Resigning?

He talked about old age. But, i do not know why but i think he has a real reason for quitting coz the reasons he gave in his resignation speech were all but sketchy.

The pope made it clear that he has no strength to run his duties .Let him rest he should be at home resting as other people search for the next pope

 He no longer has the strength to carry on his duties as we can see he is very old at 85.

Suzank the Pope should have had a bigger reason than this because by the time he was enthroned he knew his duties ...
