Carrying our culture in civilized bay

I have realized that it is easy for us to give up with our cultures in favor of foreign culture.But now is there any other awy we can carry on with our culture together with the foreign culture?

My Dear Ochodio u can actually intergrate these ideas  at a go because they run concurrently...
