Is the media in Uganda becoming irresponsible

The media is being blamed for misquoting generals on very important issues in the country.Some were a fortnight back fired from covering news from parliament for publishing untrue information.
Is the media becoming irresponsible?

Media has indeed become irresponsible because they write for money ....
