President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Is He Still Able?

i have been following the politics of Uganda very closely and i am thinking is Mr President stil able to rule or He is tired...??? ok me i still see potential in him but my problem is that he has wrong people around him...

If there wrong and you really know them but do nothing it means your also wrong and though is good but there is need for change.

Ochodio that is a very mean way of describing him ..its not that he has brought back thieves , those people have just become thieves

With the new changes in cabinet, ministries, and appointment of Ssebagala as the presidential adviser, i think he is nolonger able

President Museveni has no problem ,the only issue Ugandans should worry and fight hard to change is the bunch of thieves i mean different officials he is working with.

Museveni should also be wise to relieve himself of serving Ugandans who seem not to be grateful of what ever he is laboring to do for them.
