Should Ugandans be forced to sing the national anthem at Job interviews?

I here government is soon forcing all interviewing panels to tell job seekers sing the national anthem, is this intervention on patriotism right or wrong?

It is right because it is a shame to the country if its citizens do not know how to sing their National Anthem.

But don't you think that the government is to blame for scrapping  civic education  from the primary syllabus?
