Is it Okey for Men to Cry?

I am Emotional and whenever i carry my friends Keep telling me  that men do not Cry but i fell their situations which are beyond bearable.  Please is it really Okey for us to cry.

Crying  does not differentiate  whether  a man  or woman . It actually depends on what has happened  and how   a certain man  can react  to  painful issues.
