How do i tell my partner i am HIV positive?

I know right now you feel like killing me if you had any chance. I have been dating this for over two years. We managed to abstain for the first year but could not stay away from each other so we decided to get intimate. However, i have had the virus since i was born. How do i tell the man of dreams, the one who completes me that i am HIV positive and that i could have given it to him during intercourse?

If you know you have given the virus to him. Do not tell him you are HIV positive. It will not change anything. If he is infected, he is infected- no way out

Just prepare the fertile grounds for that time like put all necessary resources for it in place. Get enough security for yourself and him because he might do something bad on either sides and ask him questions concerning HIV patients and see his reactions towards them

Just wake up one day and tell him that you have something important to tell him.Just say it God Knows what will happen next .

It is better to know it from your children because most couples discover it from the children. If you tell him personally he might do the unthinkable to you.

We can not blame you at the moment but we could have done it earlier.If  you infected him, nothing can change ,just inform him such that he can test and begin medicine if infected

Take her  for  testing  blood in several places  sparingly  without informing her where you are going to get it.

Hoooooo, You are finished. Any way, Just air out the fact because even there might be a chance that your partner is not yet affected. Say it out and if at all he or she has pure love for you, He will go on with you. Success.
