Kaliba appointed by King Oyo

The Toro king Oyo has appointed former Fort Portal municipality MP Kaliba as the new Toro Kingdom Premier after Amos Mugisha's retirement two weeks back.

Since the King does not perform any active roles,it is the Prime Minister who implements most of the responsibilitie s  of the King through other ministers of the Kingdom and employees

That was a good choice because he is Experienced when it come to that field of management and the king dearly needs such people for help.
