One's  hairstyle  , doesn't  necessarily  define  her character , it  only matches  the dress code of the day .

To a give extent ,your hairstyle can describe what you are ,imagine a politician with  long dreadlocks in the head ,can that person really get respect of the people?

It actually does define a person. a daring woman can put on certain hairstyles with certain colors. but, a humble woman would go for the simple hairstyles which do not stand out.

It really does define one's character. eg a professional woman can not wear the hair styles musicians have with those crazy colours

Not really, but  sometimes yes, there  are sometimes  when  you cannot avoid  the  hairstyle  .
