Sign language made compulsory on TV stations

Have you heard, sign language has been made compulsory on TV stations in Uganda. a deadline has been set. at least they are looking out for the impaired people out there. Way to go UCC.

Sign  language  is important , because it helps the disadvantaged  to understand  what is going on in the country .

Sign language  is important  to the disadvantaged  for their understanding and feting in  community as  knowing  colleagues .

It  really helps the disadvantaged  also to understand what is going on and taking place.

It has been a disservice to disabled  people ,they also have a right to know what is going on in the country.
