advantages of Family Planning..........

Family Planning enables a mother to spend more quality time with her baby and spouse without the interruption of unplanned pregnancy thus letting the mother, baby and father enjoy the desired good life.

visit a qualified health worker to know a better method you can use.

Since am a qualified doctor i can advise on this. You can try the use of condoms, contraceptive pills, coil, moon beads, injectable contraceptives among others

Family planning may be good but it is not recommended for every one..first and fore most u should have more than 3 children... or else you will have complications ...

@ Wetaka, it is not that you must have more than 3 children . Family planning enables a mother to have time to plan for the next child. It can be after your first child......comp lications can be there depending on the person and the family planning method she uses.

Why cant doctors clarify to us the dangers of using family planning? I hear they make some women get deformed babies,that they make others barren ,I fear using any of these things.
