Avoid big meals
« on: January 18, 2013, 10:55:48 AM »

You know that feeling of tiredness you get after a big meal? That happens ‘cause most of your body’s oxygen is being used to digest what you’ve chowed, leaving your brain with not enough. Just eat small amounts at a time and regularly throughout the day. I ve seen pple dosing after meals

To me eating big meals may not be an issue but I think one should regulate the food at night because of limited activities.

Yes its bad at night but good during breakfast so you should eat what is enough for you and do not over eat. too much of anything is always bad

As to me, I usually eat big meals but that business of dosing has never happened to me. Don't you think i have a healthy problem?

It is advisable to eat little portions of food more than eating one big meal. if you can, divide your meal into three. instead of eating one big meal, eat it in threes. it is better this way.

That happens so many times especially if you were so hungry. It is always important to regulate the amount of food we eat
