From which foods can i get multi -Vitamins

I Have been wondering which foods i should eat to increase multi -Vitamins in my body because i badly need them

Food Sources

Vitamin B1
(Thiamin)
Helps with energy production in your body.
Whole grains, enriched grains
Liver, dried beans, nuts and seeds

Vitamin B3
Peanut butter, meat, fish, poultry
Whole grains, enriched grains

Vitamin B6   
Broccoli, soybeans, dark green leafy vegetables such as kale, collards, turnip/beet greens and spinach

You should go for Fish and "Omugoyo" then salads

But you usually eat fruits at the work place. Don't you think they will help you?
