How to treat Severe Cramps during mestrual periods ....

Taking a lot hot a water with a lot tea leaves and taking pain killer injection or pills..you will always fill better

A friend of mine was advised by the doctor to reduce on her Sugar intake when she is approaching her periods and it has worked for her greatly.I think it is a remedy for cramps.

Use of hot fluild's frequently
Dipping a towel in hot water and  putting it on your lower abdomen while sleeping facing up
Use of  pain killers at least three times a day or more
