I have been consistent constipation of late and its so discomforting what can i do really...

Eat vegetables ,at least on yo plate of food half should be Vegetables

Take 4 glasses of water very early in the morning before you eat anything and you will be relieved

The issue is that you eat a lot of carbohydrates with little roughages and water ,try this if not you could have other medical problems .

Please check your diet and try to take enough water, banana and make sure you deworm your self frequently.

Also eat fruits at least on a daily basis ,such that you can balance up your food intake ,not only eating real food

Seek medical advice from the nearest medical worker, and maybe you can also try using a lot of drinking water and fruits.

You need to take softer food especially if you are about to go to bed. Trying drinking a lot of water too.

You take less water and perhaps do not eat a lot of roughages.

Use a lot of water always and if it persists , then visit the ones technically informed .

You avoid too much starch with little water ,at least balance up the two
