my brother is over 6o.he developed a dark parch around the penis head. he is circumcised and this patch is painless . he is worried that it is probably cancer of the penis...

There is nothing called cancer penis but it could be syphilis since it is also associated with painless sores and i have suffered it in my P.6. So let him visit the doctor as soon as possible
