Poor feeding leads to stunt brain growth
« on: January 23, 2013, 02:52:55 PM »

Poor feeding can make your child have a stunted brain. Which means stupidity. Learn the right foods to give your child, especially in the first two years of his or her life, that is the most important time of life. Make it count.

Feeding impacts a lot on children. For an old person who is already well developed ,it may not matter a lot .But still one needs to eat all the required nutrients for the body.

It is always important to have a balanced diet. Eat what is right for your body and not just anything you get

EAT what is just enough for you in order to give your brain to work and rest than when you over eat
