The Expected Eating Times...
« on: October 31, 2011, 07:29:37 AM »

One thing that has caused us so many diseases is the eating intervals . people may eat like ten times a day and eating fast foods which is a very wrong diet... we are supposed to eat heavy morning break fast and eat again at 6pm that is super...and in the night take tea and an accompaniment.. .

I think the eating intervals is not the problem but what people eat during what time is the problem and We should not eat a lot during super because at night most of the systems are at rest.

It is proper to have a heavy morning breakfast ,other times of the day small potions of food can be eaten, not junk, them an early dinner to avoid sleeping on a heavy stomach which creates chances of getting obesity.
