What causes back pains?

I have regular back pains and i have failed to understand what causes them. my back aches almost everyday and i have started sitting in a crampy manner. what is the matter with me?

Over sitting and over standing , you can balance up through exercising every day to strengthen and lubricate the muscles.

Definitely the way you sit at work Especially those who use Computers causes back pain and Probably the sleeping posture.

Back pains are normal in elder people but if you are young and experience this then something is not ok. Avoid sitting in the same place for long and also the kind of chairs you sit on.

How old are you young girl better visit the doctor if you are less than 40 years

Back pains can be caused by  various reasons like ; lack of   enough exercise,malaria,bad sitting positions or  lack of posture,and sometimes  late pregnancy.
