I am dying of heart burn and i am wondering how i will get over it...

Check on the kind of food you east like hot sweet potatoes can cause it plus other junk food staffs.

The cure is avoiding to eat too much carbohydrates with little fluids taken.

When that heart burn comes, you take in very cold water and it i think it will turn out to be heart cool.

Try taking more water than you used to take. You can also try out on magnesium.

Try using a glass of milk frequently or on a daily basis.
