What is the Reason for every big person suffering from Stroke

Stroke has become a very big issue of late especially among our old legislatures ..My question is it the poor feeding or what?

It is not poor feeding  but it is because their time has phased out and they have to leave space for us, the young .

Stroke can be caused by number of factors name but few is stress and low flow of bloods in veins.

That is stress and if your body is weak and you can't handle it then stroke arises.

Stroke comes from a variety of factors: nutritional habits, sedentarism and stress. I recommend you to get relaxed, try listening soft music, sea related sounds, etc. Also do exercise to avoid sedentarism: do ciclism, play tennis or any sport you like the most. Dancing is another good option (personally, I love dancing). My other tip is to have a balanced diet, eating a bit from all, fruits, salads, meat, bread, cereals, etc.
