Stroke comes from a variety of factors: nutritional habits, sedentarism and stress. I recommend you to get relaxed, try listening soft music, sea related sounds, etc. Also do exercise to avoid sedentarism: do ciclism, play tennis or any sport you like the most. Dancing is another good option (personally, I love dancing). My other tip is to have a balanced diet, eating a bit from all, fruits, salads, meat, bread, cereals, etc.
