i have been having for quite a long time and its treating me so badly and i am wondering what is the real treatment for flue...

A lot of fluids.

Taking enough water is the only treatment you can have for flue.

Taking a lot of juice especially orange juice can really help treat flue

Vitamins help in treating flu.But fluids perform better.one heals better when one takes plenty of fluids.

Drinking enough water every moment and using a variety of fruits.

Taking in alot of safe, clean boiled drinking water.

Every one says fluids or enough water but i say that those bacterias can't go away with out ant biotics or medicine
