Famine in North Korea is worrying to an extent that now people are eating their children.As it is done to war hit areas,let it be done for North Korea as well.

This is really bad and yet North Korea is one of the most developed countries around the world

Can it really be this bad? i pray that our country, Uganda, never comes this close to such troubles. It is really disturbing. I think they do not want to help because of the nuclear thing and rocket launching but should it be at the expense of the lives of innocent people?
