Long serving leaders should learn to transfer power to young leaders

Currently aging Zimbabwean leader is in Singapore .He has insisted to providing solutions to people yet age can no longer let him to. It is high time old leaders respected the young leaders.

Susank, You can say that because you have never been a leader and you do no know how sweet that chair is. Please ask our LC Chairpersons they can testify how sweet that chair is, now what of presidents do you you think it more sweeter.

This is so much in Africa....Old leaders never want to transfer power to young ones...It is very wrong and too selfish of them.

Power is sweet but it is good to be tested by many other people not only one person for more than a decade.
