There are people who are naturally not good at airing out their feelings or thoughts. In relationships, this becomes more of a problem than an advantage. How would you make your secretive partner to open up generally. For him or her to be able to talk about everything with you?

No partner or few will talk everything unless otherwise but for such people, you have to be patient with them. you can also take such people to quiet places especially during the time when he or she is happy.

You just have to be open and free with him or her. This will stimulate that person to do the same.

Janet, you I think you just have to Speak up, he can’t read your mind or you can read the information below;

Be calm when you present your grievances,
Always think “big picture”,
Give him time to think,
When he opens up and wants to share his feelings, let him,
Offer a viewpoint not advice,
Let him know you appreciate him,
Take time to share the things he’s most passionate about, like sports,
Last but not least just be there for him Janet.

You just have to be understanding and take things slow. With time he will open up
