my ex and i broke up two years ago but no matter what i do, i keep on thinking about him. i am thinking about settling down but i cannot get over my ex. i don't want to get back to him but he is stuck in my mind, what can i do?

I have gone through the same but you just need to try hard and get over him..Avoid calling him and throw away anything that reminds you about him. You need to move on. I also thought it was too hard but now i assure you that am so over him.

It hard time to go over that dear,But do not give it much thought .Try keeping occupied than thinking over it.There many occupying programs on TV .
