Moses Ali Promoted to a General

The third primier of Uganda has been promoted to the rank of a General. He has become the sixth General in the country after the the likes of Museveni, Salim Saleh among others.

imagine, i belief this man is tired but he has refused to retire but instead rising. what should we do as young Ugandans, should we use a coup?
