Over 5 million Ugandans who registered with the electoral commission in 2010 are to receive their national IDs starting April this year. The government has however said that the eligible people are to part with a certain sum of money before they can have the IDs.

I had that the ID were paid for now why do they want to exploit us? if the IDs are for free.

I wonder why a Ugandan could not work on those IDS. They have taken centuries.

We pay a lot of tax and i think this could be free after all the government will also gain out of it

IDs Should be for free. I wonder when will Ugandans ever get things for free from the Government

Shanice who said that these IDs are for selling ,I would never buy any ,not with all that money getting stolen every day.
