Why are men so hard and complicated?

I met a guy who became a close friend of mine. I later developed feelings for him but he made it clear that he did not want a relationship. I moved on and even got my self another guy but kept on communicating with him. We recently went out and had fun and while talking, i still made it clear, nothing more, i am with another guy. Later on, he wanted to have sex. I said no because i did not want to do anything with him. The only problem is that he got so angry and said i used him? Why don't men ever understand that when a woman says no, she really and honestly means no?

This man just wanted to use you since he had made it clear to you that he never wanted a relationship in the first place.So never get near to him at any point.

I don't think they are , may be its because you don't  love them  in particular  for if  you  love someone, the complications just resolve  within  the  relationship itself, and all becomes Peaceful.

Women can also become  the same  but cant  know why  the majority  of them  are like  that  maybe  it might be because  they have  no love  for the chosen wives  or other  hidden  reasons that are unexplainable.

I  cant  even tell their mentality , understanding  and how they take  things ,  in most cases .

We are equally complicated , its just lack and love  that makes a great difference  for the relationship to survive for long and for life.
